The God who sees ME

The God who sees ME

El Roi is my favorite name of God because it means the God who sees. He sees me. He wants to have a relationship with me and wants to know every detail of me life even though He is KING of the Universe. He is so good to me. He is my Lord and Savior. Nothing shall separate me from His love. He is All that I need and MORE!

My Principles

Just as a car following the GPS’ directions drives north, so principles set the moral compass of a person’s life. The foundational beliefs that each person has, ultimately establish the precedence upon which they live their life. Every human being has those fundamental beliefs. Both positive and negative principles have the potential of wrecking lives, or building them up. Those beliefs keep each person going in a path that they decide is right for their lives.

A set of core values that create framework for a person’s belief system are called principles. They usually consist of standards that a person has chosen to adhere to, or things they will not compromise on. A principle can be any kind of belief that a person holds to, like the United States’ constitution, which is filled with principles that the government uses as guidelines for decision making. One principle of the constitution would be “all men are created equal.” Over the years that principle has been not only debated, but also protected in order that every person has the same rights. It’s something that the founders put into place that has shaped the nation. These beliefs shape and mold who a person is and how they act.

The nature of principles are such that they lay the foundation for the behavior of human beings. I grew up in a house where my family commits to being on time, and I find that being a punctual employee comes naturally. Another principle I have is trying to stay debt free. To pay for school, I saved money and received scholarships, and because of this principle I will graduate and be able to save all my money, instead of having to pay off student loans. Even in the medical field, because of my principle that I study to become competent in the subject, one day, someone’s life may depend on how well I know my job. In my family, our principles have set the tone in the house, keeping the law, respecting authority, treating others fairly, etc. I believe that each of my principles keep me on the path to a life filled with joy, one which benefit myself and everyone around me. They have made me into a person of high character, of solid moral code.

Principles are more than just a set of rules, they are core beliefs that shape the being. I have heard it said that what someone believes is who they will become. Those inner beliefs and foundational principles are have so much impact. I have seen the effects of a life of positive principles; people can rely and trust in a dependable person. Just as the GPS or the constitution control the outcome, so our principles have the power to change the course of our lives.
